1 gallon green tomatoes
1/2 gallon ion
1 c. hot peppers, some red, to add color
1 qt. vinegar, white (5% acidity)
5 c. sugar

Use food chopper. Mix all together and cook 25 minutes. Add red and black pepper to taste.
