PICKLED PEACHES 
2 lbs. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. whole cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
4 quarts peaches, peeled
Canning jars

Boil sugar, vinegar and spices for 20 minutes. Drop peeled fruit in, a few at a time, and cook until tender. Pack in hot sterilized jars, adding syrup to 1/2" of the top; seal. 4 quarts.
