CHERRIES JUBILEE 
1 can pitted sweet cherries
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. brandy water

Drain cherries, add water to juice to make 1 cup. In a saucepan mix sugar, juice and cornstarch until smooth. Bring to boil over medium heat. Stir for 1 minute. Add lemon juice and cherries, keep warm. Just before serving, add the brandy. Ignite.
