BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can Eagle milk (not evaporated)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan melt morsels and butter, stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased (13 x 9 inch) baking pan. In a large bowl beat cheese with mixer until fluffy, beat in Eagle Brand, vanilla and egg well. Pour in prepared pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let batter cool before cutting into bars.
