STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minute rice
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 lg. head cabbage
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water

Remove cabbage leaves from heat. Place in a large pot and cover with boiling water. Simmer until pliable (about 15 minutes). Drain and cool. Combine meat with onion, salt, pepper, sugar, eggs, rice and oatmeal. Add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce to meat mixture.

Place 1 tablespoon of meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and fold and place in large casserole pan. Stir remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar and water together. Pour over rolled cabbage leaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Recipe serves 8-10.
