SPEEDY MEATBALL SKILLET | |
2 c. sliced carrots meatballs (either make your own with chili powder and salt, or use bought ones) 2 10 oz. defrosted lima beans 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 c. water onion, to your taste Partly cook carrots; add meatballs, (brown meatballs if desired), lima beans, soup and water to skillet. Stir lightly to combine. Cook slowly for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mixed vegetables may be used instead of carrots and limas. |
