1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. green chile
1 can Rotel
3 cans white chicken, drained
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Doritos (plain)
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except Doritos and cheese in oblong baking dish. Cover with Doritos. Bake for 30 minute at 350 degrees, sprinkling grated cheese on top about 1/2 way through.
