CHINESE BOILED RICE 
2 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

In a large saucepan combine 4 cups water, rice, soy sauce and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover with tight-fitting lid. Simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
