BREAD PUDDING 
16 oz. plain bread crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cans Carnation milk plus 2 c. water
2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
1 stick butter
29 oz. can fruit cocktail or peach slices

Mix bread crumbs with cinnamon. Next add milk and water then vanilla and sugar. Mix eggs in blender. Melt butter and add it to mixture. Add the fruit without the syrup. Pour in oblong pan. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
