SUGAR SPICE PECANS | |
1 lb. fresh pecan halves 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup sugar 1 egg white 2 tbsp. water Beat egg white and water until frothy. Stir in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add pecans and stir well until pecans are completely coated. Spread onto large ungreased cookie sheet with an edge. Bake at 200°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and store in an airtight container. |
