1 bottle of Heinz (must be Heinz) cocktail sauce
3 cans tiny deveined shrimp, drained & rinsed very well
2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened

Mix together softened cream cheese and shrimp. Form into the shape of a loaf or oval on flat plate. When you get to your destination pour cocktail sauce over top of shrimp mixture.
