CASHEW SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 can cashews

DRESSING:

1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Break up lettuce into small pieces. Cube Swiss cheese; add to lettuce. Mix in cashews; set aside. Mix all dressing ingredients and shake vigorously in shaker. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Toss together.
