PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
2/3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled

Pour pineapple chunks in casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour together and pour over pineapple. Put cheese and crackers on pineapple mixture. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the above. Cook until hot and bubbly.
