CHICKEN ASPARAGUS SOUP 
1 chicken breast
1 can white asparagus
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled & cleaned (opt.)
1/4 lb. pea pods
1 sm. can water chestnuts
2 stalks scallions

Boil the chicken breast until tender and save the broth. Mince the chicken breast and set aside. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add minced chicken, asparagus, water chestnuts, pea pods and shrimps. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot garnished with scallions.
