PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (4 oz.) cake paraffin wax

Melt peanut butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in vanilla, and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar; mix well, and shape into 1 inch balls. Melt chocolate morsels and paraffin in saucepan over very low heat. Dip each ball into chocolate and cool on wax paper. Reheat chocolate if it thickens. Yield: 9 dozen. May also add Rice Krispie cereal (1 cup) if desired.
