ORANGE SLICE PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 (6 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine milk, egg yolks, orange juice and rind; mix well. Pour into crust (mixture will be thin). Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Meanwhile in small mixer bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth and well blended. Spread evenly on top of pie. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
