RICE KRISPIE COOKIES 
1 beaten egg
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. butter
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix egg and sugars together. Combine oil and butter; add to egg and sugar. Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Add to first mixture. Stir in last 3 ingredients. Chill overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Make dough into walnut sized balls. Flatten out on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
