3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. finely chopped tart apples

Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix by hand. Fold in apples and nuts. Turn into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Do Not Overbake! Serve warm with butter or ice cream.

Note: will fall apart slightly.
