BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
6-8 slices white bread, cut into cubes 4 lg. 4 lg. eggs 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup Any of following: 1 lb. bulk sausage or 1 lb. bacon (crumbled) or leftover ham or pork (2 c.) Fry, drain bacon, sausage or cube ham. Grease casserole or baking dish. Put bread on bottom. Beat eggs; mix milk, soup, cheese and meat. Pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8. |
