1 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. boiled chestnuts
1 c. celery, cut sm. pieces
1 red pepper, remove seeds OR 1 pimiento, finely chopped
Mayonnaise

Marinate chicken and chestnuts. Add celery and pepper and mix with mayonnaise.
