MYSTERY MINI LOAVES 
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. water or milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 lbs. ground lean beef

SAUCE:

1/3 c. water
12 oz. chili sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
16 oz. whole cranberry sauce

Soak crumbs in liquid. Add eggs, dry soup mix. Add beef, mix well. Shape into small serving size loaves.

Mix sauce ingredients. Put half of sauce in baking dish. Put loaves in dish and cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
