Handful of very fine egg noodles 3/4 stick butter 1 can College Inn chicken broth and water to make 2 c. 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long cooking rice In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Brown egg noodles until golden, do not burn butter! Add the rice and mix a minute to allow rice to absorb butter. Add broth and water. Lower heat to simmer, cover tightly until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Salt to taste. |
