RIGATONI AND BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. rigatoni
1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
Grated cheese
1 c. water
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Crushed red pepper (optional)

Cook broccoli according to package. When broccoli is half cooked add 1 cup of water, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let cook on medium heat. After cooking for about 15 minutes, add grated cheese and (crushed red pepper, optional). Continue to cook until broccoli is tender. Cook rigatoni and add broccoli. Mix together.
