OLD FASHION MAC AND CHEESE 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/3 cup melted butter
4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups cubed cheese
6 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions, except cook only 6 minutes. In greased 4 qt. casserole, arrange in order layers of macaroni, salt, pepper and cheese. Carefully pour milk into casserole at one corner.

Bake for about 1 hour.
