CREME PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. all purpose flour
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil stir in flour, stir vigorously over LOW heat about 1 minute or until mix forms a ball. Remove from heat, beat in eggs all at one time until smooth, drop dough by scant 1/4 cup onto ungreased baking sheet, 3 inches apart.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, cool away from drafts, cut off top and pull out any soft dough. Then fill with vanilla pudding, place top back on and top with chocolate syrup.
