BEEF BURGUNDY 
4 lbs. round steak, cubed
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. burgundy wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature. In casserole, mix all ingredients and add meat mixture. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Serves 6.
