OLD FASHIONED STUFFING | |
1 c. celery, diced 1 c. onion, diced 1 c. apple, sliced 1 c. raisins 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 4-6 slices of white bread Cook celery and onions on top of stove until tender - put seasonings in while its cooking - put in bowl sliced apples, raisins, and crumbled bread - add celery-onion mixture and mix well - add milk to moisten. Stuff into bird. Serves 4-6. |
