STUFFED SHELLS 
1/2 box jumbo shells
2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook shells according to package directions; drain and set aside to cool. Brown beef with onions; drain. Combine cheeses, eggs, oregano, salt, pepper, and ground beef. Fill each shell with mixture. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Place stuffed shells in pan and cover with layer of spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
