1 c. macaroni (cooked & drained)
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained tuna
1 1/2 tbsp. canned pimento
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. milk

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, blend in soup and fold in tuna. Add all other ingredients and then add macaroni and mix completely. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup crushed potato chips or bread crumbs. If using bread crumbs add 2 tablespoons butter. Bake 20 minutes at 370 degrees or until hot. This delicious recipe was my grandmother's, we always look forward to her luncheons.
