MOCHA TORTE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker brownie mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 lg. container Cool Whip
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
Shaved chocolate (optional for decoration on to of torte)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 round 8 inch cake pans. Blend by hand the brownie mix (dry), water and eggs. Stir in nuts. Spread in pans. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in pans; remove from pans and place on wire racks to cool completely. Mix by hand the Cool Whip, brown sugar and coffee granules. Fill layers with 1 cup cream mixture. Chill for 1 hour. Cut in small wedges. Serves 10 to 12 people. Very rich!!
