CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. butter, melted & cooled to room temperature
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped
9 inch unbaked pie shell
Sweetened whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Chocolate chips for garnish (optional)
About 8 walnut halves for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well-blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Serve warm with garnish and whipped cream, if desired. Garnish.

Melt 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil until melted. Stir until smooth. Dip 8 walnut halves halfway into melted chocolate, refrigerate until set. Pipe homemade sweetened whipped cream onto pie. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over pie with spoon. Place walnut halves on pie, place garnish chips around each walnut piece for decoration. Enjoy!
