CHICKEN AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts, cubed
3 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
Bread crumbs

Place chicken in a lightly greased 8 inch casserole. Stir in cooking sherry and garlic. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Spoon spinach over chicken. Combine butter and sherry. Pour over spinach and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.
