GRAMMY'S GREAT TASTING RICE
PUDDING
 
2 c. rice
3 qt. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon
3 eggs

Over low heat cook rice, milk and 1/2 cup sugar to consistency of oatmeal. In a bowl, mix 3 eggs and 2 cups of sugar together; fold into cooking rice. Shut off gas and add 1 cup cold water. Mix it and put in bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon and let it cool, then refrigerate.
