1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 sm. onion, minced
Mashed potatoes
Salt & pepper
1/2 cut grated cheese

Cook onion in skillet, brown hamburger. Add salt and pepper, parsley to meat. Pour off most of fat and make a gravy using remaining fat and flour. Color with Kitchen Bouquet. Spoon hot meat mixture into large pie pan and spoon hot mashed potatoes over meat, sealing edges. Top with grated cheese and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned.
