TUPPERWARE BREAD | |
9 c. flour 1 1/2 c. warm milk 1 1/2 c. water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt (omit if using self-rising flour) 4 eggs 2 sticks butter 2 pkgs. yeast Put flour into Tupperware large bowl, make a well. In separate bowl put milk, water, salt, sugar and yeast. Pour into well of flour. DO NOT STIR. Put lid on bowl and let set 1 hour or until lid pops off. Melt butter, pour into well, beat eggs and pour into well. Mix until well blended. Put lid back on. Let rise until double. Stir down and make rolls. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. |
