CREAMY CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onion
5-6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. white cooking wine or sherry
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pt. cream (light or heavy)
Salt & pepper to taste

Lightly brown chicken in skillet; add onion, butter, mushrooms and brown lightly. Add cooking wine and Worcestershire sauce and cook 2 minute. Add cream, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done. Too high heat will curdle cream.
