LENTIL ROAST | |
2 c. cooked rice 3 c. cooked lentils 2 onions, grated 3/4 c. oil 4 slices toast, crumbled 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tbsp. dried celery (or fresh celery to flavor) Mix all ingredients, adding a bit more milk if needed for mixing well. (Don't make it runny.) Pour into an oiled loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
