SUE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
7 1/2 oz. can olives, sliced
2 env. spaghetti sauce mix
3 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano loaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf, crumbled

Cook and stir meat, onion and pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti. Makes 8 servings.
