PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE CUPS 
1 roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
1 bag miniature Reese's peanut butter cups

Cut dough into 10 pieces, approximately 1 inch thick. Cut each piece into fourths. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of miniature muffin tins. Bake in preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Take out of the oven and immediately press an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the middle of each cookie, causing the cookie to rise up around the peanut butter cup like a crust. Return to the oven for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
