MANDARIN DELIGHT 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix cake mix, cooking oil and eggs well with mixer. Add mandarin oranges with juice. Mix well into batter with a spoon. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Stir pineapple and pudding together until thick. Mix in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
