MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 potatoes
1/4 cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 or 8 slices American cheese

Pat about 3/4 ground beef in bottom of skillet, cut vegetables thin in layers over meat. Put the remainder meat on top. Spread soup over this place cheese on top. Start on medium high heat (electric skillet 325 degrees). Cook 30 minutes on low heat.
