PORK BAR-B-QUE 
4 or 5 lb. pork butt (or loin)
1 bottle ketchup
1/4 bottle FRANK'S® Hot Sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can tomatoes, peeled
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery

Cook pork 4 hours in oven. Drain drippings from pork. In pot, saute onion and celery. Add all ingredients.
