BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 (8 count) pkgs. crescent rolls
1 lb. mild or hot sausage
1 egg
1-1 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Grease or butter lightly the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 400 degrees - check the temperature on roll package. Line the bottom of the greased pan with one package of rolls, pressing to the sides. Bake for about 5 minutes. Brown sausage and drain. Mix the egg in a medium size bowl and add cheese, mix well. Spread over the crust and top with the remaining rolls. Bake until the top is brown. Cut into squares and serve.
