COQUITO (PUECTO RICAN EGG NOG) 
1 lg. can pet evaporated milk
1 sm. container whipping cream
4 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 can cream of coconut
1 1/4 c. rum

Put all ingredients in blender. Whip until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with or without ice.
