NOODLE KUGEL 
1/2 lb. noodles
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated lemon rind
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. white raisins

Soak raisins in warm water and dry. Cook noodles according to directions. Beat eggs well with sugar. Add cream cheese. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Add raisins and lemon. Add melted butter and combine with noodles. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake until set, about 20-30 minutes longer. Noodles may puff up and drop. Serves 8-12.
