CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1 c. chopped onions
4-6 chicken breasts
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked as directed, drain
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Butter 3 quart baking dish. Cover bottom with layer of stuffing, then add layer of onions, chicken, and cooked broccoli. Cover with cheese. Mix soup, milk, and sour cream well and pour over above. Top with stuffing. Bake at 300-325 degrees until bubbling and brown, about 30 minutes. (This can be made ahead of time and frozen.)
