3-4 lbs. mushrooms 1 c. burgundy wine 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 beef bouillon cube 1 chicken bouillon cube Clean mushrooms and combine with all other ingredients. Simmer 4 hours covered, then 4 hours uncovered. Serve warm. |
