GREEN BEANS AND ARTICHOKE
CASSEROLE
 
3 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 c. Italian grated cheese (Romano)
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Add green beans, add artichoke hearts with liquid. Put into casserole top with mixture of bread crumbs, oil, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in oven until cheese begins to melt, about 20 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
