CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 packs of frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 can chicken broth or homemade broth
5 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli. Saute onions in butter. Cook until tender. Add broccoli and onions to blender. Make a paste with flour, milk and seasonings, cook until thick. Add to blender and mix to desired texture. If needed reheat and serve. Top with grated cheese.
