TANGY GLAZED MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. catsup

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf. Bake 350 degrees 40 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
